All donations are voluntary and non-refundable except in cases of duplicate or unauthorised charges — handled per our Refund Policy.
Funds are used solely for the objectives of Naye Sapno Ki Udaan — animal rescue, medical care, sterilization, shelter and welfare programs across India.
Monthly donations continue until cancelled by the donor. You can cancel any time by contacting support with your registered email and subscription ID.
We currently issue a donation acknowledgement (not an 80G tax exemption certificate). Please do not rely on our receipt for tax deductions.
All rescue photos, videos and stories on this website are the property of Naye Sapno Ki Udaan and cannot be reused commercially without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
