Donations to Naye Sapno Ki Udaan are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. However, we understand mistakes happen — the following exceptions apply.
If your card was charged more than once for the same intended donation, contact us within 30 days at our support email with the payment ID(s). Verified duplicates are refunded in full within 7 working days.
If you believe your card was used without your knowledge to make a donation, contact us immediately. We cooperate fully with your bank/card issuer and refund verified fraud within 7 working days.
You can cancel your monthly donation any time by contacting our support with your registered email and subscription ID. Cancellation is immediate — no further charges will be attempted.
If a payment fails, no charge is made and no refund is required. Please retry with a different payment method.
Email our support address with your name, donation amount, date, and payment ID. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days and reflected on your card/bank within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.
